HS Cultural CIC was born from a shared belief that culture and creativity are at the heart of thriving communities. For over four years, we’ve worked as a grassroots network of educators, artists, parents, and volunteers, running cultural events and creative workshops that bring people together- especially young families and underrepresented groups.
Now formally registered as a Community Interest Company, HS Cultural continues that work with a stronger structure, wider partnerships, and a clear social purpose: to create inclusive, accessible spaces that support wellbeing, family life, and cultural expression.
We design and deliver community programmes that:
• Celebrate the rich cultural diversity in Northwest London.
• Support young families through affordable creative and social activities.
• Offer workshops, language and arts sessions, and intercultural learning.
• Create volunteering and youth engagement opportunities.
• Build partnerships that turn underused spaces into active community hubs.
• Inclusion: Everyone is welcome — our spaces and activities are designed for connection.
• Creativity: We believe culture is the bridge between people and ideas.
• Empowerment: We give local people the confidence and tools to take part and take lead.
• Sustainability: Every project is designed to grow from community energy, not dependency.
HS Cultural is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC), meaning all profits are legally reinvested for community benefit. Our directors bring experience in business, education, social enterprise, and cultural engagement, with a shared commitment to building projects that are financially viable and socially impactful.
